Zebra Coat Upvc 1K

Zebra-Coat is a New Technology uPVC paint that has been specially formulated for industry, manufacturing and
the refurbishment sector to offer a cost-effective alternative to foils with a colour library in excess of 19,000
formulations. The Zebra Coat Aerosols are manufactured to replicate a professional gun like finish.

• Read and follow MSDS, TDS and label instructions
• Substrate & Application Environment must be greater than 10°C
• Shake Aerosol thoroughly before use
• Always use the same batch number on the same job
• Check colour & sheen. We will not accept any discrepancies arising after use
• Always perform a substrate test prior to full application.

Drying Time Guide (1K): Touch dry : 10­15mins @ 20°C / Hard dry: 45­60mins @20°C
Recoatability / Overcoatability : Maximum 8 Hours without the need for flatting
Wet Film*: 50 microns per coat
Dry Film Thickness* : 25­30 microns

The EU limit for this product (product category: IIB.e) in ready to use form is 840g/litre. The VOC content of this product in
ready to use form is 753 g/litre.
* Technical Data Sheets indicate a Dry Film Thickness that will be achieved when applying a particular Wet Film
Thickness. These values are a guide only and are not to be used as specifications. Film thickness will vary depending on
actual use and specification. Great care should be taken to achieve the dft stated in the agreed specification and to avoid
areas of excessively low or high thickness.
